By downloading, installing, or using StyleCast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StyleCast LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of South Carolina, United States.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
New users receive a 7-day free trial of StyleCast Premium. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan selected.
Without a Premium subscription, you may generate up to 3 AI outfit recommendations per calendar month at no charge. Usage is tracked locally on your device.
Monthly Plan: $5.99/month. Annual Plan: $60.99/year (approx. 15% savings). Price is locked for your current billing year.
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your platform.
Important: StyleCast does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card numbers, bank account information, or any other financial details. All payment information is entered directly into Apple's or Google's secure payment interface. StyleCast will never ask you to provide payment details directly to us. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support through your device settings.
Cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. You retain Premium access until the end of your paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer or decompile the App; use automated tools to scrape data; interfere with the App's servers; resell or redistribute access; generate harmful or misleading content; or circumvent freemium usage limits.
StyleCast uses AI to generate outfit and styling recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee that suggestions are appropriate for every individual, occasion, or circumstance. StyleCast is not a licensed fashion professional.
Weather data is sourced from third-party providers and provided on an "as is" basis. Do not rely solely on StyleCast for safety-critical weather decisions.
The AR try-on feature uses your device's camera. Camera access is processed entirely on your device - no photos or video are transmitted to StyleCast's servers.
StyleCast's "Shop This Look" feature provides affiliate links to Amazon, Bloomingdale's, and Neiman Marcus. StyleCast may earn a commission when you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. Product availability, pricing, and fulfillment are controlled entirely by the respective retailers.
All content within the App, including the StyleCast name, logo, design, AI-generated content, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to StyleCast LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
StyleCast offers a children's styling feature (with age groups: Infant, Toddler, Little Kids, Junior, Pre-Teen) for use by parents and legal guardians only. By selecting a children's age group, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and are using this feature on the child's behalf.
StyleCast does not: create accounts for or collect personal information from children; allow children under 13 to independently use or register for the Service; or retain any information about children generated through the App's styling features. If you become aware a child under 13 has accessed the Service without parental supervision, contact us immediately at support@getstylecast.com.
StyleCast does not maintain a central database of user personal information. The App functions without requiring account creation or submission of personal details. App preferences, usage history, and wardrobe data are stored locally on your device. You may delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
The App integrates: Open-Meteo (weather), Anthropic Claude API (AI outfit generation), Amazon Associates and Rakuten Advertising (affiliate shopping), Mailchimp (email marketing), and Apple/Google (payment processing). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aiken County, South Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
