StyleCast LLC ("StyleCast," "we," "our," or "us") operates the StyleCast web and mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Service.
Our core commitment: StyleCast is designed as a session-based tool. We do not create user accounts, we do not store your personal information on our servers, and we do not build profiles about you. Any preferences or usage data remain on your device unless you choose to share them.
We do NOT collect, store, or retain:
Information stored locally on your device only: outfit usage count, wardrobe items, style preferences. None of this is transmitted to our servers.
We use the minimal information we handle solely to provide AI outfit recommendations, display affiliate product listings, enforce freemium usage limits, and send emails you opted into. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
All subscription payments are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). StyleCast does not collect, process, store, or have access to your payment card numbers, bank account information, or any other financial details. Payment information goes directly into Apple's or Google's secure interface - StyleCast never sees it.
StyleCast does not maintain a database of user personal information. All app preferences, usage counts, and wardrobe data are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
StyleCast does not collect personal information from children, and we are not directed to children as end users.
StyleCast offers a children's styling feature for use by parents and legal guardians only. Users must affirmatively confirm they are a parent or guardian before accessing children's styling options. StyleCast does not create accounts for children, does not collect personal information about children, and does not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Service independently.
The feature uses only the following information entered by the parent or guardian: the child's age group, gender (Boy or Girl), and the parent-entered city for weather data. No name, photo, precise location, or other identifying information about the child is collected, transmitted, or stored on our servers. All profile selections are stored locally on the parent's device only and are never transmitted to StyleCast.
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): We do not process personal data of children in the EU/EEA. The age group and gender selections used in our children's feature are stored solely on the user's device and are not transmitted to our servers, and therefore are not subject to GDPR processing obligations on our part. Parents may delete this data at any time by clearing the app's local storage or uninstalling the app.

Clear your device storage or uninstall the app to remove all local data. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out. Each AI request is stateless - no history is stored on our servers.
StyleCast does not sell personal information. Most CCPA rights can be exercised by clearing your app data. For other requests, contact us below.
